Refund and Cancellation Policy

What Can You Return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

There are no restock fees charged to our customers. A credit will be issued within 3-5 days from the date you send the part back (using our provided return shipping label)

A return can be initiated directly from our website or by emailing sales@fleetoneparts.com– your choice

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  1. Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
  2. All Wheel & Tire Packages

 

What Are Your Shipping Fees?

For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a Fleetone error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee of $12.99, per item will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.

Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by Fleetone, a return shipping label will be provided.

How do I initiate a return to Fleetone?

All returns must be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) in advance by emailing sales@fleetoneparts.com You will receive a return authorization number, along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions - to speed the return. Simply affix the return label to the package and drop it at specified carrier – we will handle the rest!

 

Cancellation Policy

Fleetone strives to exceed our customers' expectations with the broadest offering, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. We will ship most orders on the same day the order is received. Therefore, please contact customer service immediately to cancel an order before the order is shipped.
